Stay home if you're sick. If you are feeling sick, have signs of respiratory illness or a fever. You may contact our Guest Services team and we’ll work with you to reschedule your visit for another time. 

Arrive on time.  You will select a rental pick-up time during your online purchase, please be sure to arrive on-time and to your designated pick-up time.  If your pick-up is 12-2PM, please do not arrive at 8AM.  During peak periods, like weekends and holidays, rental wait times could exceed 1-2 hours. It's important to arrive at your designated pick-up time to alleviate these wait times.

Come prepared.  Dress warm, and have a plan for warming up or grabbing a bit to eat.  Lodge access is limited, and food options will be grab and go with no indoor dining available. Don’t forget to bring a mask and remember to hang with your crew only.

Save your barcode.  After receiving your email confirmation, flag the email, then take screenshot of your barcode for easy access when it's your turn at the contactless pick-up kiosks. 

Picking up your rentals. It's now easier and safer than before! We have made a number of big changes to our Rental Services to help keep you safe and to get you out on the mountain quickly. 

• Rental helmets are now included with every rental package. 
• Guests will now be served together with their friends and family in groups, physically separated from other groups of guests. 
• All equipment will be rented to guests in one place instead of moving from station to station, collecting each piece of equipment one at a time. 
• To prevent any risk for our team members or guests, we will not be offering any clothing rental options this season. 
• We will not be offering a free ski check area to hold guest equipment. 
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• A credit card is required as a deposit on all rental gear.
• Rentals are non-transferable products and must be used by the same individual.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• If you are planning on taking a lesson, please allow adequate time to collect your ticket(s), secure your rental equipment and check-in to the lesson. 
• Be prepared to put your personal shoes and other belongings in your vehicle. Personal belongings are not permitted to be left unattended anywhere in the Base Lodge, and with limited lodge access may not be accessible to you. 
• A parent or guardian must follow their younger group members through the rental pick-up process. To reduce crowding and allow for physical distancing please only send one adult with minors if all of the adults are not renting equipment as well. 
• A credit card is required as a deposit on all rental gear. 
• Rental equipment is non-transferable and must be used by the same individual to whom the item was rented. 
• Multiple rental package days must be consecutive and are non-refundable. Ask a rental services attendant for further information and pricing on extending a rental package for additional days.
